Update documentation for bd mol pour/wisp command structure

Updated all documentation and help text to reflect:
- bd pour → bd mol pour
- bd ephemeral → bd mol wisp
- bd ephemeral list → bd mol wisp list
- bd ephemeral gc → bd mol wisp gc
