fix(ci): use RAM disk for temp/cache only, not workspace

Browse Source 
t.Chdir() panics on ImDisk RAM drives. Keep workspace on normal disk
but redirect TEMP/TMP/GOCACHE/GOMODCACHE to RAM disk for I/O speedup.
