Cache getMultiRepoJSONLPaths() to avoid redundant calls (bd-we4p)

- Call getMultiRepoJSONLPaths() once at sync start instead of 3 times
- Eliminates redundant config lookups and path constructions
- Performance optimization for multi-repo workflows
