ca24c17af8 feat(compact): add --dolt flag for Dolt garbage collection 
Add `bd compact --dolt` command to run Dolt garbage collection on
.beads/dolt directory. This helps reclaim disk space when using the
Dolt backend, where auto-commit per mutation causes commit history
to grow over time.

Features:
- Runs `dolt gc` in the .beads/dolt directory
- Shows disk space before/after with bytes freed
- Supports --dry-run to preview without running GC
- Supports --json for machine-readable output
- Helpful error messages for missing dolt directory or command

9dda75ef15 docs: Document deprecation timeline and add removal warnings (bd-pndo) 
- Add Deprecated section to CHANGELOG.md listing all deprecated commands
- Set removal target: v1.0.0 for all deprecated commands
- Add '(will be removed in v1.0.0)' to all deprecation messages
- Add proper Deprecated field to admin_aliases.go (cleanup, compact, reset)
- Remove manual warning prints from admin aliases (Cobra handles it)

Deprecated commands documented:
- bd relate/unrelate → bd dep relate/unrelate
- bd daemons → bd daemon <subcommand>
- bd cleanup/compact/reset → bd admin <command>
- bd comment → bd comments add
- bd template* → bd mol/formula commands
- bd detect-pollution → bd doctor --check=pollution
- bd migrate-* → bd migrate <subcommand>

d77a697cee feat: add bd admin parent command for cleanup/compact/reset (bd-3u8m) 
Move cleanup, compact, and reset commands under `bd admin` namespace.
Creates hidden aliases for backwards compatibility that show deprecation
notice when used.

- Create cmd/bd/admin.go with parent command
- Create cmd/bd/admin_aliases.go for hidden backwards-compat aliases
- Update cleanup.go, compact.go, reset.go to remove rootCmd.AddCommand
- Update all documentation to use `bd admin <cmd>` syntax
