6. Removes the sync worktree (if exists)

- Requires --confirm <remote> to prevent accidental data loss
- Supports --dry-run to preview what would be removed

Adds comprehensive Git worktree support for beads issue tracking:

- New internal/git/gitdir.go package for worktree detection
