2a579a539b feat: add native Android/Termux binary support (#887)
feat: added android support for running with termux

Adds GOOS=android arm64 build to goreleaser and platform detection in npm postinstall.

Tested by contributor on Termux where os.platform() returns 'android' and Linux binaries fail due to bionic vs glibc.

c848c0fce2 fix(npm): add retry logic for Windows zip extraction
On Windows, the downloaded ZIP file may remain locked by antivirus
software or Node.js file handle release delays. This causes
Expand-Archive to fail with "being used by another process" errors.

Added exponential backoff retry logic (5 attempts, 500ms-8s delays)
that detects file lock errors and retries the extraction. Non-lock
errors still fail immediately.

Fixes GH#889 (bd-5dlz)

1611f16751 refactor: remove unused bd pin/unpin/hook commands (bd-x0zl)
Analysis found these commands are dead code:
- gt never calls `bd pin` - uses `bd update --status=pinned` instead
- Beads.Pin() wrapper exists but is never called
- bd hook functionality duplicated by gt mol status
- Code comment says "pinned field is cosmetic for bd hook visibility"

Removed:
- cmd/bd/pin.go
- cmd/bd/unpin.go
- cmd/bd/hook.go

f3a5e02a35 feat(close): Add --suggest-next flag to show newly unblocked issues (GH#679)
When closing an issue, the new --suggest-next flag returns a list of
issues that became unblocked (ready to work on) as a result of the close.

This helps agents and users quickly identify what work is now available
after completing a blocker.

Example:
  $ bd close bd-5 --suggest-next
  ✓ Closed bd-5: Completed

  Newly unblocked:
    • bd-7 "Implement feature X" (P1)
    • bd-8 "Write tests for X" (P2)

Implementation:
- Added GetNewlyUnblockedByClose to storage interface
- Implemented efficient single-query for SQLite using blocked_issues_cache
- Added SuggestNext field to CloseArgs in RPC protocol
- Added CloseResult type for structured response
- CLI handles both daemon and direct modes

Thanks to @kraitsura for the detailed feature request and design.

a539a5bbbb fix(graph, npm): fix nil pointer crash and Windows installer lock
- graph.go: Pass subgraph to renderGraph() instead of nil (fixes #657)
The nil subgraph was dereferenced in computeDependencyCounts()
causing a panic when running `bd graph` on epics.

- postinstall.js: Wait for file.close() callback before resolving (fixes #652)
On Windows, the file was still locked when extraction started
because resolve() was called immediately after file.close()
without waiting for the close to complete.

e01b7412d9 feat: add Git worktree compatibility (PR #478)
Adds comprehensive Git worktree support for beads issue tracking:

Core changes:
- New internal/git/gitdir.go package for worktree detection
- GetGitDir() returns proper .git location (main repo, not worktree)
- Updated all hooks to use git.GetGitDir() instead of local helper
- BeadsDir() now prioritizes main repository's .beads directory

Features:
- Hooks auto-install in main repo when run from worktree
- Shared .beads directory across all worktrees
- Config option no-install-hooks to disable auto-install
- New bd worktree subcommand for diagnostics

Documentation:
- New docs/WORKTREES.md with setup instructions
- Updated CHANGELOG.md and AGENT_INSTRUCTIONS.md

Testing:
- Updated tests to use exported git.GetGitDir()
- Added worktree detection tests

0b400c754b fix(install): re-sign binary on macOS to avoid Gatekeeper delays
On macOS, downloaded binaries with ad-hoc signatures from other machines
trigger Gatekeeper malware checks on every invocation, causing slowness.
Re-signing with a local ad-hoc signature avoids this.

Fixes #466
