- Update slow hash multiclone tests to use in-memory filesystem
- Convert 17 scripttest tests (~200+s) to fast CLI tests (31s) with --no-daemon
- Disable slow scripttest suite behind build tag
- Add README_TESTING.md documenting test strategy and optimizations
- Update CI to use -short flag for PR checks, full tests nightly
Results:
- TestHashIDs_* reduced from ~20s to ~11s (45% reduction)
- Scripttest suite eliminated from default runs (massive speedup)
- Total integration test time significantly reduced

TestScripts was failing with 'exit status 127' because test scripts use
'exec sh -c bd ...' which spawns a shell subprocess that doesn't have
access to the script engine's registered bd command.
Solution: Add the temp directory containing the built bd binary to the
PATH environment variable when running tests, so shell subprocesses can
find the bd executable.
This fixes the last remaining CI failures.

- Fix PID detection: Open lock file with O_RDWR for Windows LockFileEx
- Fix script tests: Increase timeout to 2-5s for Windows process startup
- Fix uptime test: Use math.Ceil with minimum 1 second to prevent flakiness
- Fix socket cleanup: Add done channel to wait for Start() cleanup completion
All 5 failing Windows tests should now pass.

blocked, close, create, dep (add/remove/tree), export, help,
import, init, list, quickstart, ready, show, stats, update, version
- Test data files validate command behavior and output
- Enables automated testing of full CLI workflows
