Steve Yegge	d2e965e022	Quarantine RPC benchmarks to prevent DB pollution ... Add //go:build bench tag to bench_test.go so benchmarks NEVER run during normal 'go test'. They've polluted production DB multiple times. Benchmarks only run with: go test -tags=bench -bench=. Cleaned up 1013 test pollution issues (Agent X Issue Y, Version tests).
