Steve Yegge afe6fad6e4 Add automatic git hooks installation prompt to bd init
- Prompts user to install hooks on first init if in git repo
- Auto-installs with Y/n prompt (defaults to yes)
- Skips prompt if hooks already installed
- Detects bd hooks by signature comment in files
