Steve Yegge 36c1c648fc Refactor TestLabelCommands and TestReopenCommand to reduce complexity
- TestLabelCommands: 67 → <10 using labelTestHelper
- TestReopenCommand: 37 → <10 using reopenTestHelper
- All tests pass
- Progress on bd-55
