- Remove TestFindJSONLPathDefault from .test-skip (now passes)
- Add explanatory comments to 24 ignored error locations in cmd/bd:
  - Cobra flag methods (MarkHidden, MarkRequired, MarkDeprecated)
  - Best-effort cleanup/close operations
  - Process signaling operations
