Steve Yegge 7fd11f352c fix(setup): correct allowedTools pattern from "bd:*" to "bd *" ...

The Claude Code allowedTools pattern uses prefix matching with space separator,
not colon. "Bash(bd *)" matches "bd ready", "bd create", etc.
