- Add Template field to Formula struct for expansion formulas
- Add ExpandRule and MapRule types to ComposeRules
- Implement ApplyExpansions in new expand.go
- Add LoadByName method to Parser for loading expansion formulas
- Integrate expansion into bd cook command
- Add comprehensive tests
