Steve Yegge ddab26315f Remove dead code found by deadcode analyzer
- Removed 5 unreachable functions (~200 LOC)
- computeIssueContentHash, shouldSkipExport from autoflush.go
- addDependencyUnchecked, removeDependencyIfExists from dependencies.go
- isUniqueConstraintError alias from util.go
- All tests still pass
