- Detect uncommitted changes in .beads/issues.jsonl
- Warn users when database matches working tree but differs from git HEAD
- Clarify import status messages (working tree vs git sync)
- Add comprehensive tests for dirty working tree scenarios
- Prevents false confidence about sync status
