fix(crew): Use NudgeSession instead of SendKeys for gt prime

SendKeys has an Enter-concatenation bug that causes the nudge to fail.
NudgeSession is the canonical way to message Claude and works reliably.

Fixes cold starts of crew workers (gt crew start).
