refactor: Update bd pour/wisp → bd mol pour/wisp

Beads CLI restructured: pour and wisp are now subcommands of mol.
- bd pour → bd mol pour
- bd wisp → bd mol wisp

Updated all documentation, templates, and code to use new command structure.
