b4a7b930e5 Update all prompts to use gt hook instead of gt mol status 
- Role templates (crew, polecat, mayor, deacon, witness, refinery)
- prime.go startup protocol messages
- Documentation (propulsion, reference, molecules, wisp architecture)
- Session hints and sling prompts
- Formula template instructions
- CLAUDE.md

The hook is the user-facing concept, molecules are implementation details.
Agents should use `gt hook` to check what work is assigned to them.

5e9ca4c618 Standardize warning output to use style.PrintWarning (gt-g6kor) 
- Add PrintWarning helper in internal/style/style.go

38d6f95f66 Update remaining commands to use env-aware role detection (gt-1xsah) 
- mail.go: gt mail send --self uses GetRoleWithContext
- molecule_attach.go: detectCurrentAgent uses GetRoleWithContext
- molecule_attach_from_mail.go: uses GetRoleWithContext
- molecule_lifecycle.go: burn/squash use GetRoleWithContext
- rig.go: gt rig reset uses GetRoleWithContext

All role detection now checks GT_ROLE env var first.

00c64a075c feat: add gt mol attach-from-mail command (gt-h6eq.7) 
Allows agents to self-pin work from mail messages. The command:
1. Reads a mail message by ID
2. Extracts molecule ID from the body (attached_molecule:, molecule_id:, etc.)
3. Attaches the molecule to the agent's pinned bead (hook)
4. Marks the mail as read

Includes unit tests for the molecule ID extraction logic.
