Add configurable build_command and test_command variables to the
mol-sync-workspace formula. Previously hardcoded to Go commands,
now supports any project type via variable configuration.
- Add build_command variable (default: go build ./...)
- Add test_command variable (default: go test ./...)
- Update verify-build step to use {{ build_command }}
- Update run-tests step to use {{ test_command }}
