Adds witness patrol to daemon heartbeat cycle: - ensureWitnessesRunning(): Start witness for each rig if not running - pokeWitnesses(): Send heartbeat messages to all witnesses - getKnownRigs(): Read rig list from mayor/rigs.json The daemon now ensures both Deacon and Witnesses are running and sends periodic heartbeats to trigger their patrol molecules. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
