Steve Yegge 8e96e12e37 Remove stats from .runtime/*.json observable state (gt-lfi2d)
Remove Stats fields from witness and refinery types that tracked
observable metrics (total counts, today counts). These are now
handled by the activity stream/beads system instead.

Removed:
- WitnessStats type and Stats field from Witness
- RefineryStats type and Stats field from Refinery
- LastCheckAt field from Witness
- Stats display from gt witness status
- Stats display from gt refinery status
- Stats increment code from refinery.completeMR()

Kept minimal process state:
- RigName, State, PID, StartedAt (both)
- MonitoredPolecats, Config, SpawnedIssues (witness)
- CurrentMR, PendingMRs, LastMergeAt (refinery)

The Refinery processes merge requests from polecats, merging their work
into integration branches and ultimately to main.`,

var refineryStartCmd = &cobra.Command{
Use: "start [rig]",
Short: "Start the refinery",
Long: `Start the Refinery for a rig.
Launches the merge queue processor which monitors for polecat work branches
and merges them to the appropriate target branches.
If rig is not specified, infers it from the current directory.
Examples:
gt refinery start gastown
gt refinery start gastown --foreground
gt refinery start # infer rig from cwd`,

RunE: runRefineryStart,

Gracefully stops the refinery, completing any in-progress merge first.
If rig is not specified, infers it from the current directory.`,

Displays running state, current work, queue length, and statistics.

var refineryAttachCmd = &cobra.Command{
Use: "attach [rig]",
Short: "Attach to refinery session",
Long: `Attach to a running Refinery's Claude session.
Allows interactive access to the Refinery agent for debugging
or manual intervention.

gt refinery attach gastown
gt refinery attach # infer rig from cwd`,
Args: cobra.MaximumNArgs(1),
RunE: runRefineryAttach,
}

Examples:
gt refinery restart gastown
gt refinery restart # infer rig from cwd`,
