Add output field (io.Writer) to Manager and Engineer structs with SetOutput() methods to enable testability and output redirection. Replace all 30+ fmt.Printf/Println calls with fmt.Fprintf/Fprintln using the configurable output writer, defaulting to os.Stdout.
