fix(kodi): use qt-pinned for stremio to avoid qtwebengine rebuilds

- Add permittedInsecurePackages to qt-pinned config in flake.nix
- Use qt-pinned.stremio instead of pkgs.stremio
- Update warning message to reference nixpkgs-qt
