feat(skills): Add batch research+plan skill for multiple beads

WSL is no longer used. This removes:
- machines/wixos/ directory and configuration.nix
- nixos-wsl input from flake.nix
- nixosConfigurations.wixos output
- References to wixos in AGENTS.md and .goosehints
