Summary

Improves the parallel beads workflow by adding proper status tracking for beads that have PRs open.

Changes

  • Updated parallel_beads skill to mark beads as in_review status after PR creation
  • Added step to append PR URL to bead notes for traceability
  • Created new reconcile_beads skill that closes beads when their corresponding PRs are merged
  • Updated summary output to show bead status column
