Summary

Creates a new skill that automates the common workflow of researching and planning multiple beads efficiently.

Bead Reference

Implements bead: nixos-configs-apu

New Skill: beads_batch_research_plan.md

Workflow:

  1. Select multiple beads from bd ready
  2. Run parallel research subagents
  3. Review open questions bead-by-bead (interactive)
  4. Run parallel planning subagents
  5. Present summary with next steps

Pairs with /parallel_beads for subsequent implementation.

Remove wixos (WSL) configuration

WSL is no longer used. This removes:
- machines/wixos/ directory and configuration.nix
- nixos-wsl input from flake.nix
- nixosConfigurations.wixos output
- References to wixos in AGENTS.md and .goosehints
