Renovate CronJob runs at 0/6/12/18h. The old schedule windows (2-4 PM, 4-6 PM Saturday) never had a cron execution land inside them, so Renovate detected updates but never created PRs.

Changes:

  • Lock file maintenance + nix ecosystem groups: 2-4 PM → 5-7 PM Saturday
  • nixpkgs-qt (staggered): 4-6 PM → 7-9 PM Saturday

The 18:00 (6 PM) cron run will now land in the main window. Last lock file PR was Feb 2 (#41).
