John Ogle 0d063557c4 fix(doom): pin org-msg to fix build after upstream force-push ...

The org-msg commit pinned by doom-emacs was force-pushed away.
Pin it locally to a valid commit on main branch.

Also updates nix-doom-emacs-unstraightened input.
