John Ogle 844d17a855 [z790prors] Remove arch mount point ...

I had to boot into emergency mode and use systemd runtime masking:

```
systemd mask --runtime arch.mount
```

This allowed the system to boot so that I could remove this entry and
run nixos-rebuild
