Steve Yegge 2f3877a267 fix: add macOS codesigning to bump-version.sh --install ...

Without codesigning, the binary gets 'Killed: 9' on macOS due to
Gatekeeper security. This adds xattr -cr and codesign -f -s - after
building and after each copy to install locations.
