Implement bd mol bond for composing protos and molecules:
- proto + proto → compound proto (reusable template)
- proto + mol → spawn proto, attach to molecule
- mol + proto → spawn proto, attach to molecule
- mol + mol → join into compound molecule

Supports --type (sequential/parallel/conditional) and --dry-run flags.
Closes bd-o91r.
