Molecule evolution:
- Rename `bd mol bond` to `bd mol spawn` for instantiation
- Add BondRef type for tracking compound lineage
- Add `bonded_from` field to Issue for compound molecules
- Add BondType constants (sequential, parallel, conditional, root)
- Add IsCompound() and GetConstituents() helpers
- Add 'protomolecule' easter egg alias
