Merge polecat/furiosa: fix lifecycle parser order (gt-rixa)
Check restart/shutdown before cycle to avoid matching 'lifecycle:' prefix. Use ' cycle' (with leading space) for word boundary matching. Resolved conflict: fixed variable name (title → subject).
