not git clones. This prevents agent confusion by ensuring each agent
has exactly one place to work (their own /rig/ clone).
Key changes:
- Rig root is NOT a git repo - just a container
- Rig-level .beads/ holds issues for all agents in that rig
- Agents use BEADS_DIR env var to point to rig's beads
