30a6f27404 fix(sling): remove obsolete --naked flag
The --naked flag (skip tmux session creation) was a vestige of an earlier
design requiring manual session management. With the current polecat
architecture where polecats are witness-managed, ephemeral, and self-deleting
after task completion, manual session management is no longer needed.

The flag also created invalid states (e.g., slinging to crew --naked left
them unreachable since crew require tmux sessions for communication).

1f44482ad0 fix: remove observable states from agent_state (discover, don't track)
The agent_state field was recording observable state like "running",
"dead", "idle" which violated the "Discover, Don't Track" principle.
This caused stale state bugs where agents were marked "dead" in beads
but actually running in tmux.

Changes:
- Remove daemon's checkStaleAgents() which marked agents "dead"
- Simplify ensureXxxRunning() to use tmux.IsClaudeRunning() directly
- Remove reportAgentState() calls from gt prime and gt handoff
- Add SetHookBead/ClearHookBead helpers that don't update agent_state
- Use ClearHookBead in gt done and gt unsling
- Simplify gt status to derive state from tmux, not bead

Non-observable states (stuck, awaiting-gate, muted, paused) are still
set because they represent intentional agent decisions that can't be
discovered from tmux state.

e8d27e7212 fix: Create and lookup rig agent beads with correct prefix
Per docs/architecture.md, Witness and Refinery are rig-level agents that
should use the rig's configured prefix (e.g., pi- for pixelforge) instead
of hardcoded "gt-".

This extends PR #183's creation fix to also fix all lookup paths:
- internal/rig/manager.go: Create agent beads in rig beads with rig prefix
- internal/daemon/daemon.go: Use rig prefix when looking up agent state
- internal/daemon/lifecycle.go: Use rig prefix for identity-to-bead mapping
- internal/cmd/sling.go: Pass townRoot for prefix lookup
- internal/cmd/unsling.go: Pass townRoot for prefix lookup
- internal/cmd/molecule_status.go: Use rig prefix for agent bead lookups
- internal/cmd/molecule_attach.go: Use rig prefix for agent bead lookups
- internal/config/loader.go: Add GetRigPrefix helper

Without this fix, the daemon would:
- Create pi-gastown-witness but look for gt-gastown-witness
- Report agents as missing/dead when they are running
- Fail to manage agent lifecycle correctly

Based on work by Johann Taberlet in PR #183.

121150b49f fix: gt unsling now correctly clears hooks for remote agents (gt-yea94)
The unsling command had two bugs:
1. It used the local beads directory instead of the target agent's rig
2. It looked for status=hooked beads instead of the agent bead's hook_bead field

Changes:
- unsling.go: Rewrote to use agent bead's hook_bead field (matches how sling works)
- unsling.go: Now uses target agent's rig beads path, not local
- status.go: Prefer SQLite columns (issue.HookBead, issue.AgentState) over
parsing description text, with fallback for legacy beads
- beads.go: Added AgentState field to Issue struct for SQLite column access

This fixes the issue where `gt unsling gastown/crew/joe` would say "no work hooked"
even when gt status showed joe had a hook.

81d5b8e75f fix: gt hook uses --status=hooked for consistency with gt sling (gt-frhcq.1)
The gt hook command was using --status=pinned while gt sling and the rest
of the codebase use --status=hooked. This inconsistency meant gt hook would
not find beads hooked by gt sling, and vice versa.

Changes:
- hook.go: Use beads.StatusHooked instead of beads.StatusPinned
- hook.go: Update bd update command to use --status=hooked
- unsling.go: Use beads.StatusHooked when finding hooked beads
- Update error messages and comments to say "hooked" instead of "pinned"

This fix ensures gt hook works uniformly for all bead types (molecules,
issues, mail beads) since they all use the same beads system.

b4a7b930e5 Update all prompts to use gt hook instead of gt mol status
- Role templates (crew, polecat, mayor, deacon, witness, refinery)
- prime.go startup protocol messages
- Documentation (propulsion, reference, molecules, wisp architecture)
- Session hints and sling prompts
- Formula template instructions
- CLAUDE.md

The hook is the user-facing concept, molecules are implementation details.
Agents should use `gt hook` to check what work is assigned to them.

91fa5e63dc Replace 'gastown' with 'greenplace' in user-facing docs/examples
Using "greenplace" (The Green Place from Mad Max: Fury Road) as the
canonical example project/rig name in documentation and help text.
This provides a clearer distinction from the actual gastown repo name.

Changes:
- docs/*.md: Updated all example paths and commands
- internal/cmd/*.go: Updated help text examples
- internal/templates/: Updated example references
- Tests: Updated to use greenplace in example session names

Note: Import paths (github.com/steveyegge/gastown) and actual code
paths referencing the gastown repo structure are unchanged.

907eba7194 Instrument gt commands to emit events to activity feed (gt-7aw1m)
Add events.LogFeed calls to the following gt commands:
- nudge.go: Log TypeNudge events when nudging agents
- unsling.go: Log TypeUnhook events when removing work from hooks
- up.go: Log TypeBoot events when starting Gas Town services
- down.go: Log TypeHalt events when stopping Gas Town services
- stop.go: Log TypeKill events when stopping polecat sessions
- polecat_spawn.go: Log TypeSpawn events when spawning polecats

Also add helper functions to events package:
- UnhookPayload: Creates payload for unhook events
- KillPayload: Creates payload for kill events
- HaltPayload: Creates payload for halt events

196c3bbf9b Fix gt sling --naked to bypass pane lookup for terminated polecats
When slinging to an existing polecat with --naked flag, the code was still
attempting to look up the tmux pane, which fails for terminated polecats.
Now resolveTargetAgent accepts a skipPane parameter that bypasses the tmux
pane and working directory lookup when true.

This allows work to be slung to terminated polecats that will be restarted
manually later.

Also updated unsling to skip pane lookup since it only needs the agent ID.

43b53cbbbd feat: Add gt unsling command to clear work from hook
- gt unsling: clear your own hook
- gt unsling <bead>: only unsling if that bead is hooked
- gt unsling <target>: clear another agent's hook
- gt unsling <bead> <target>: unsling specific bead from agent
- gt unhook: alias for gt unsling

Symmetric with gt sling/hook commands.
