Adds a popup menu showing core Gas Town agents (Mayor, Deacon,
Witnesses, Refineries, Crew) grouped by rig with color coding.
Polecats are hidden by default (use -a to include).

Usage:
  gt agents      - show popup menu
  gt agents list - text output
  gt ag -a       - include polecats
