Implements the nuclear cleanup option for post-merge polecat removal:
- Kills Claude session (force mode)
- Deletes git worktree (bypassing all safety checks)
- Deletes polecat branch
- Closes agent bead

Supports --all for bulk nuke and --dry-run for preview.
