in one operation, based on the Universal Gas Town Propulsion Principle:

- Proto names (e.g., gt sling feature polecat/alpha)
- Issue IDs with optional molecule (e.g., gt sling gt-xyz polecat/beta -m bugfix)
- Target addressing (polecat/name, deacon/, witness/, refinery/)
- --wisp flag for ephemeral molecules
- --force flag for hook collision override
- Hook collision detection
