I want to iterate on the parallel_beads skill. After opening a PR, instead of closing the bead we should be marking the bead with an "in review" status. The PR should be included in the bead notes

We will want an additional skill that will reconcile needs with PRs. If a PR is merged then the bead should be closed.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
